How long are the contracts?

How long are the contracts? The contracts are as long as you like. They last until you decide to cancel. There is no minimum or maximum length of time. 

You can exchange at any point during your membership. We know it's impossible to predict when your child will have a growth spurt.

Balance bikes can be exchanged for free after 12 months, and after 18 months for all other bikes.

When exchanging earlier, there is a one-off fee of £19.99 per bike and this covers both delivery and collection. Your billed month won’t start until after your exchange takes place.

We try to be the most affordable way to get children out riding great bikes. Hopefully this helps. We can also help if you already have bikes.
