This is an office-based role where you’ll be complimenting our customer service team and providing expert bicycle knowledge. This role would suit a cycling enthusiast who is looking for a transition into a professional office environment, the perfect chance to bring your love for cycling into work.
You’ll be providing high quality customer care, throughout the member experience. Available as a seasonal, temporary, part-time or full-time role. We’re after the right person to join the team. You’ll be bright, energetic and ready to work in an unconventional business.
Far from your average admin role, you'll help run the day business. From credit checking prospective new members, to compiling work order reports for the mechanics, you'll be a key part of a growing team. You'll need to be exceptionally organised, and keen to get stuck in wherever needed. We'd hope that you grow with the company, and would be ready to specialise in your preferred area as and when suitable.

TECHNICAL PROJECT LEAD
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will have the opportunity to help create the digital future of the Bike Club. Leading on the development of various areas of the Bike Club - including ERP, CRM and website - you'll have a good technical footing and confidence in managing key projects. You'll utilise and build on your existing knowledge and skills alongside the rapidly growing business.
Looking for some work experience in an exciting start-up? We'll make sure your days are tailored to your skills, experience and what you want to get out of your time with us. You'll be part of a tight-knit team, and be exposed to a variety of task and roles, which, in a larger corporation, may usually be divided into whole departments of teams.
