From the products we offer, to the service we provide, we want to make buying bikes for children easier, both financially and physically.
Most bikes that you buy online come part assembled. We deliver with just the handlebars and peddles needing to be fit).
Your first delivery is free, after that delivery costs £19.99. There is also a joining fee of £19.99 which is a one-off cost throughout your membership of the Bike Club.
By charging for delivery, we can keep the cost of the monthly payments down as much as possible, saving you more in the long run.
For deliveries, we use a third party courier. If you do need help putting the bike together, we provide a manual and we're always happy to jump on the phone or have a video call if there are any others questions.
We aim to deliver within 2 weeks of order confirmation and usually it's a lot quicker.
However, we are only able to deliver once we receive your goods from our supplier. For this reason, we cannot currently offer express delivery however we hope to do so in future.
You can view our current available days for delivery once you get to checkout, and select a specific day for delivery too.
We currently only operate within the UK.
If you live outside the UK, let us know you're interested and we'll look at expanding to accommodate your country in our scheme.
Unfortunately UK couriers that deliver large parcels (bicycles!) are unable to offer delivery slots. Therefore you will be given a day for delivery, but we are unable to provide an idea of when during that day your bike will be delivered.

What if I'm not in when you deliver?
We ask that an adult is present when we deliver. If you need to re-arrange delivery, our courier company can attempt again to deliver.
If we are unable to complete delivery and are not contacted beforehand will contact you to re-arrange delivery. Unfortunately these circumstances we may need to charge an additional delivery fee, however, you will not begin paying your monthly subscription charges until you have received your bike(s).
All bikes must be signed for to confirm receipt of goods.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, you will be provided with a tracking number.

When your child outgrows their bike, let us know and as soon as possible.
We upgrade your price plan
We'll only upgrade your price plan once you've received your new bike.
We'll arrange a delivery of one the correct size. The same delivery specifications apply as above.
